Who am I ?
My name is Samina Allie and I am an accredited chartered counselling psychologist, EMDR therapist and certified coach with experience of working within a number of therapeutic modalities, I endeavour to utilise therapeutic tools that best suit your needs after a detailed assessment.
I have over 20 years experience in the NHS providing evidence based therapies and providing effective interventions for adults.
I specialise in supporting people who maybe experiencing a range of difficulties, such as workplace stress, depression, anxiety, complex trauma and relationship difficulties.
I am passionate about my work and value peoples lived experience. I attend to issues concerning social and health inequalities as well as diversity, making every effort to offer a collaborative, inclusive and safe therapeutic space.
