I specialise in supporting people through a number of different tools, EMDR (a type of trauma therapy), Compassion focused therapy, Coaching, Mindfulness and CBT. We will explore whether a combination of tools maybe helpful to support you on your journey.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a treatment technique involving the movement of your eyes in specific directions whilst processing traumatic events & memories.

Compassion Focused Therapy

Compassion Focused Therapy is used to help develop your confidence, self-acceptance and comfort. It is used to help understand the gravity of self-criticism, shame and break you away from that mindset.

Coaching

Coaching focuses on the enhancement of an individual's performance, well-being and achievements.

Who is this for ?

EMDR is good for those who are in need of therapy for trauma and don't want to go in to detail about their issues. Instead it allows your brain to develop a neural healing process from said traumatic events.

Who is it for?

CFT is effective for those who struggle with self-criticism a lot. Additionally, it is also a great form of therapy for those dealing with mood disorders and anxiety. 

Who is it for?

Coaching is for those looking to improve in multiple aspects of their lives including overcoming challenges and aiming to achieve goals. It can be used for individuals, teams and organisations.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness involves being self aware and conscious of the present moment. This can help to reduce stress and improve focus.

Who is it for?

Mindfulness can be great for anyone but might be particularly useful for those who are experiencing constant "brain-fog" and feel absent from reality

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of talking therapy that aims to change the way you think and behave. 

Who is it for?

CBT is best for those with depression and anxiety but can also be used to treat a number of other mental health disorders such as bipolar, eating disorders, PTSD and many more.
